Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in India (JCCII) submitted “Suggestions for Government of India”

 

Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in India (JCCII) submitted "Suggestions for Government of India" to Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India on 12th February 2009, with a view to improving India's business environment and to facilitate Japanese companies' activities in India. The Suggestions are composed of 10 chapters (land acquisition and utilization, tax system, infrastructure, logistics distribution, relaxation of the regulation for FDI, visa application procedure, inefficiency and lack of transparency of the administration, social security agreement, intellectual property rights, sector-specific issues).
